Default No fuel pressure after changing out tank help!!

my tank was rusting a little bit on the inside causing me to have some dirty gas. so i changed out the tank. put everything back in the car started fine idle ok then i took it out for a drive made it about one mile and the car took a shit on me. 0 fuel pressure reading on my gauge. i can here the pump priming when i turn the key though.
disconnected hoses from regulator and tried turning the key and nothing comes out at all.

tomorrow ima try to disconnect the hose at the fuel pump and see if anything is coming out, but for now im beat down i dont wanna do shit else today i just need some good ideas of shit i might want to check out.

only other thing i did was blow compressed air out my return line to make sure it wasnt clogged.

weird thing is that it started 3 times and ran totally fine.

only thing i can think of at the moment is my main relay is freaking the hell out on me. could i have melted the sodder turning the relay on and off like a shitload. i thought maybe i just had air in the lines so i was turning the key like 1000 times and turning over the engine alot

im pretty sure its hooked up correct. most of the lines are only just long enough to make it so they cant really reach to plug in wrong. i thought it might be a kinked line but i droppped the tank earlier and everytrhing is good. i also just changed out the relay with another i had didnt help
