Default b18b internals in b16 block

just out of curiousity, will b18 internals (ls, rs) fit in a b16 block?

things like the crank and rods( together)

i know the share the same deck height, but what about exterior demensions?

will i have to notch it to compensate for the longer rotation of the crank?

and what bearings would i use? ls or b16?

any help is appreciated!!!

they do NOT share the same deck height.
B16 block is shorter than a b18.

I have heard of people running the ls crank in a b16a block but the rods and pistons were custom. Not worht the trouble when ls blocks are pretty cheap to begin with and gsr blocks are not as expensive as they once were.
