my dads friend has a flowmeter
my dad is making molds for it to fit honda heads and we are goiing to start doing port jobs. the machinist has the SAME exact machines as portflow but we will be charging 400-600 not 900 and it will only take 2-3 weeks. and it will be proven. we have the flowmeter machine to test out how well the newly ported heads flow so you can see the results.
my dad is done with the molds. all i need is a bare LS head and bare vtec head for doners. i will be doing the assembling and dissasembling of the heads and will be delievering/pickup from the machinist. thats why it will be so cheap.

ill let everyone know once we get this set up and ill post the results of the flowcharts for a stock head/our head/and portflow ill guarenntee we can do almost the same job as them as we have the same tools.

better get more than one of each head, there is a massive room for error in honda heads, they flow very well from the factory, if your machinist thinks he can do it just because he has had success with a domestic head, he is sorely mistaken. Chances are he may get it to flow more volume, but people will lose power because you lose velocity.

There is a reason Portflow does cookie cutter heads, it's too damn expensive for them to r&d a head for a specific application, so they do a mild p&p with a valve job and some other small stuff that yields a smaller gain in every case. there are only a fiew places that do true custom head work that know what they are doing, and they are the only people I will ever recommend for honda head work.

this guy has been in some motorcycle magazine for 36 months in a row for his work on motorcycle motors.
he has a bike dyno at his house.
my dad said the guy has over 100k in equiptment and yes he knows how to use it.

he already told us he could get 15-20% better on a non-vtec
and 10-15% on a vtec head

my dad made the tube thing and molds he needs to fit the honda heads. so ill let you know how it goes.

also if anyone can get me some heads cheap i would appreciate it.
they dont even have to be running heads, and i dont need cams and shit either.
the cheaper the better

and yes he has a serdi.

i said he has the same tools as portflow

he has a flowmeter 100 or someshit
portflow has a 110 or something

but i know for a fact he has a serdi
i remember my dad tell me it was the best shit for valve grinding

he gave me a 3 angle valve job and he cut some material off from the intake side for like 100 bucks. and milled the head.

No Aim for me, sorry.

hey thats a good deal for that type of work.

Jeff, If I was you, I would pull that head and have a look see inside, you said the engine had odd issues, that are unexplainable.

It depends how much you spent on the head all together, to warrant pulling the head off again.

As far as the flow of the turbo, you only gave me the housing sizes, I need to know the amount of trim or cut on the turbines. This is will give you your amount of CFM, at a set amount of velocity.

on both sides a 45 trim? That seems odd, is this hybrid turbo?

Is it a Garret ?

Give me full detail on the head work, what was done, the new size of the valves total, the lift and duration of the cams.

You can PM me the data, if you want!
