Screw it stay N/A, for the price of a swap+turbo+tuning you could build a 2.0L N/A monster that would put the turbo guys to shame out of the hole and it would require way less maintainance. And with the turbo setup w/o building the block you'd be limited to 8-10 psi on stock internals. Add the price of a build and you just spent $7-8k.
Unless you want to build a drag car stay N/A.

My humble $.02

I'm all motor biased so I won't sway. Pushing over 12 psi on stock internals and you better have the money to rebuild and a spare car waiting.

AS for money

GSR swap $3000 on a good day
drag turbo kit $3000
Hondata $500-1000
Tuning ??????

You are looking at $6500-$7000 not including labor or tuning costs to run boost on a stock block. If you want any kind of traction at all you'll need a diff and another $800. By the time everything is said and done your up to 8-9K.

I put my lsvtec together for $3300 including a diff and I got mid 13's in an si hatch with an untouched cylinder head. Another $1500 and I'd have 12's easy. It is not that hard especially if you are starting out with a crx.

If I had a crx and $7000 to spend I guarentee I'd have 12's on street tires.

If all you are interested in is 1/4 mile times, then yes go turbo if you have the bank account for it. I've seen quite a few people lately selling off all their stuff after undertaking a "turbo project" and running their bank accounts to the ground and credit cards too high.

To each's own, but like I said I'm biased.
