Default help with electrical problems

i have a 92 honda prelude s jdmh23a and im in need of eletrical help. if you know of anyone that would give me a quote to get it fixed or help me fix it for a few beers(lol). it would be greatful. iv had this problem for months now. and it hasnt been fixed, its getting hot out. i need my windows to roll down. the problem leads to fuse 13, iv tried tracing it but i couldnt find a problem. but i know the defroster doesnt work, windows dont work, sunroof wont work. speedo wont work, turning signals dont work, and also gas gauges. if you could send me a text or give me a call or reply here it would be awesome. :]

on civic eg's there are 2 fuse's that control all of those,
one under the dash and one under the hood.
If all of those are not working then its deffinitly a
fuse to me...my .2

You say fuse 13... Have you added anything to it lately?
wired in a alarm or radar detctor or anything? rapalced any
parts sense the problem started?

Have you tried checking the door wires from the kick panel on the drivers side to see if wires are broken, I don't know if your model or year has a floor to door harness but it's worth a shot.
