Default Electrical problems.

To start off, i know Mitsu's have horrible electrical and grounding systems, but this isnt normal.

Every morning when i come home from work, i park the car, roll up the windows, turn off the headlights, take out the key, lock the doors, ect. Well normally when i hit the switches to put the windows up, the interior lights and headlights dim a little. I know that is normal, but this morning when i parked it, the windows put a big strain on the electrical system and when they got to the top, the lights dimmed really bad and the motor stummbled a bit so i let off the switch, waited a coulpe seconds, and hit the switch again and it actually put enough strain on it to severly dim the lights and actually stall the motor. This ever happen to anybody before? What do you guys think could cuase this?

I've had the Autozone checks clear my battery and alternator just to find out later that one of the two was the problem.

Sounds like the alt. I had a similar problem and it turned out the alt wasnt charging enough and it was straining.
