Wiring Questions
engine wise you wont lose but like 2 HP going from one to the other, wiring wise you'll save some time with OBD-0, and the most affordable kit i have seen is the HCP engine kit, 4 mounts and a adjustable shift linkage for 450.

Here is how you do it
transfer your dx harness over to the b18b and follow the mpfi wiring instructions that can be found all over the net with these exceptions.
ecu:
First decide what ecu you want to run. It will work either way.
obd1 ecu;
Distributor: use the one that came with the motor, for mpfi wiring you need to change the plug anyway so just use obd1 distributor plugs, all the wiries are the same color so it is real easy.
injectors: run the obd1 injectors. Take the two blk/yel power wires from the original dx injectors and connect them together and run them to an obd1 power distribution and then back to the injectors, the rest of the injector wiring is the same as 'normal' dx-mpfi wiring.
ecu harness: You will need to buy one. My friend Kenji sells a very nice one.
obd0 ls ecu:
you will need a 90-91 ls distributor and follow the 'normal' wiring procedure
get obd0 injectors and injector resistor box and follow normal wiring procedures.
the 90-91 ls ecu plugs into the car harness so you don't need a conversion harness.
The choice is yours, I myself prefer obd1 electronics but there is little difference with ls's.

not sure if anyone mentioned earlier (skimmed through) but your going to have to smash the engine bay framing in on the driver side to give the alternator room, guess the only other thing is you cant use the tranny cause its hydro, need to find yourself a cable, b16 or ls, tranny...ls will have longer gears tho... you say u can get mounts so your good there, adjustable shift linkage would be easiest, check forsale/trade forum saw someone sellin one a week or 2 ago
well amazingly hasport.com updated their website so here is a link for what your doing: http://hasport.com/Tech/Installs/Swap%20Outlines/88-91%20Civic-CRX%20OBD1-2B.htm
