ok. so i have a gsr. 2 nights ago, i miss shifted from 3rd to 2nd and it hit about 11k. after, it was miss firing. figured out it was cyl no 2. i did a valve adjustment. to spec. and went over it. compressiion tested all 4 cyls. 250 on all. so i dont think its bent valves. theres normal fire on all cylinders. changed plugs and wires cuz i toasted the plugs. it misses really bad on idle. and misses less while driving, but it still misses ALOT.

whats dont to the motor?im guessing with 250psi you have a Pr3 pistons and itr cams?im not sure why you would fry the plugs i would look into a new distibutor if your having thos problems or getting it tuned
