D16 Driver Side Motor Mount
What is this mount called? Had to put a d16z6 in my 97 coupe but this one mount doesn't seem to line up (the bolts are closer together on this engine). We tried to dremel it out to make it fit, but so much metal is gone it seems unsafe. The engine is was from an auto car, does that make a difference? The tranny and the other mounts bolted up fine.

You need to change the top drivers side mount that bolts to the block with three bolts to an angled y7/y8 style mount.
This will likely require you to remove the timing covers etc.
