First, thing is that at idle durring the day my car vibrates and the idle kinda drops, but only during the day. At night it idles/runs fine. I can turn the air on it'll run fine. It's a 97 ex and only has 49,xxx on it.

Second, I've got coilovers and I had a camber kit installed, now there is a noise coming from the drivers side in the rear. It almost sounds like something loose. I'm going to get new shocks/struts soon so I'll probably be taking it apart to see if it's just something loose but I figured I'd ask you guys first.

Check and make sure the spring is seated in the perch correctly. If installed wrong coilovers will make all kinds of damn noises, but theirs really not much you can do wrong.Oh an did you but the coilover used? Alot of times people will not give you the rubber spacers if purchased used, check the set screws to if your type of coilover uses them.
