Default 94 gsr/dizzy/wont start/ help!

my buddies car was running, then we took the dizzy off to replace the o-ring that was leaking alot, then we put a new one on, and it was hard to put the dizzy back on the head, we couldnt tell if the teeth were lined up correcty because it wasnt going in either way we turned it, so we forced it in by screwing the screws down, that messed up the teeth, so we replaced the teeth with the ones on my obd0 ls dizzy, which are exactly the same, but now they line up, and the car wont start.. it goes on with no problems at all, ive retarted it, advanced it, checked all the wires, the firing order, everything, car still wont start, its getting gas, and has spark, fuel pump primes everytime, stock regulator, 255 walbro, stock injectors, and stock fuel rail

it just turns over and turns over but doesnt start, it does backfire sometimes, and smokes a little

help?

ill try takin it off and checking, all fuses are good, relay still primes the fuel pump, you have to tap it first, but it does work

could it be that the engine is flooded with gas? from priming it too many times?

There's a bearing it spins on so you might have damaged that or maybe moved the rotor I could be wrong though
