sparkplugs are covered in fuel...

tried the flooded theory, cranked it over for 30 seconds 4 times, with the dizzy and sparkplugs off the engine, no difference..
cleaned off the sparkplugs as well

 

line up at top dead center and make sure the dizzy is on #1. maybe you reversed the shaft keyway and now are 180 degrees out

I did this. And it pointed in-between 3 and 1. Then I rotated the teeth 180 and it pointed at 2... When I get back to the car Friday I'm gonna try and use starting fluid to burn all the fuel off the pistons and see if it starts then. If not. I'll be getting new plugs. Another dizzy. And an oil change

In the meantime, anyone got anymore ideas?

And don't have 100 bucks to give him... We really can't figure this out. But I'm gonna try it when i get back. The plugs are out so if theirs any gas it will hopefully evaporate

 

My guess is the main went out or you have a lose ground i mean when i looked at that car it looked like a bunch of rats atacked the harness
