looking for a shop to fix my car... im tired of working on it..

i have a 2000 civic si that i bearly drive. i was selling the car becuase i have no license. i found a buyer and he put a deposite on it. i went to start the car and take it for a drive and everything went well.. after driving it for about 250 miles i park it and get it ready for a tune up.. i bought brand new oem spark plugs for it and changed them the same day. i went to start the car and nothing. it starts for about half a second and then dies out. it kinda sounds like its out of gas but i has gas. i pull the spark plug out and they are drenched in gas. so i check for spark and i have spark. even though they sparked i changed the coil packs anyway and still nothing. fuel pressure is at a constant 50psi. i checked the pump and its working. i bought another set of plugs and still nothing.

stuff i tried/changed
new plugs
newer plugs
new map sensor
check grounds
check engine harness for burn wires ect.
loaded a new map on ecu
