Pull both p-side seats.
Place the new seat rails on the floor of the car and see where you will need to make brackets or spacers. I know how to make safe brackets, etc.

Look into swapping the seat rails in case the old seat rails will mount to the new seat.

General principles......... rear seat....
Are they the same width?
If too wide, let me look at them.
