Need some help ef a/c and brake light

I want a/c in my 91 ef hatch I have lines that's it and the motor is a 99 b18 b1 I will pay cash for installation or parts what do I need for a/c I'm clueless also I noticed my brAke light staying on what could this be a cause of please don't bash because of spelling and gramer I'm Doing this on a iPod and help is appritiated and reped and please bump

the brake light - check the gromet on top of the brake pedal under the dash

Compressor, condensor and dryer may have to use ef type compressor or I can send the lines to get re. Done with the b18 compressor.....brake light is the rubber insert that your brake switch taps. ..i usually change them out with a screw and nut..
