oh, I was just wondering, because I'm buying silver eg's hatch, and I am contemplating putting on 15" slipstreams. How much would that ruin the performance?

its correct...hx rims weigh almost 12 lbs. vx wheels weigh like 9lbs (13inch wheels). however, if you really want to get technical the rota's will hurt performance slightly more because the weight distribution is further outward. try this as proof...take a rock or any object and tie it to the end of a string...then swing it in a circular motion about 2 feet away from yourself. then, swing that same rock 4 feet away from yourself and feel the difference. this is the same force placed on your axles, transmission and driveshaft when accelerating which in turn causes you to loose power.

however, there are other factors that you should consider...like the height of the tire and how much tire roll you'll have. right now i'm running 14 inch hx wheels on my hatchback and i do notice some tire roll while i'm cornering at higher speeds. while this isn't something i'm too worried about it does come into play...and might be something you could consider.

if i were you i'd get rota's...hx wheels are nice and traction is greater out of the launch...but handling is compromised slightly.
