Rebuild Question
OEM's are not file fit. plus they don't hold up as well as some of the other rings i've used. personally i like CP or Mahle rings. i have never used OEM Teikoku rings so i can't tell you about them.

At any rate, one might make an argument for which rings last longer, but I don't think Honda would sell rings that are the wrong size (gap).
Again, ACL seem fine, but if your particular block/crank calls for off-size bearings, you can't beat the fitment of Honda colored bearings. They also help when building with forged rods, samples of Scat and Eagle I've found that spec out to needed red rod bearings in some cases. Run ACL in a case like that and you're too tight.
