Decisions, Decisions? LS + Turbo or GSR N/A???
just go all motor. yes, turbo can be reliable, but all motor is still more reliable if whoever builds it has any idea what they're doing. plus...(i'm assuming you have a civic because i've never seen a b16 in an integra)you can run mid to low 13's with an ls/vtec. new rods, pistons, and more aggressive cams and you'll be running with most turbo setups. yes, the 11 second, 400hp turbo monsters will be faster, but is this really practical for daily driving?
all of this, plus reliability and you're spending quite a bit less than a motor swap and turbo kit.

yea man ditch the torqueless wonder...boost has so much more potential than all motor, and can be just as reliable as long as u have it tuned sufficiently and dont get boost happy. and u will see all motor cars that are faster but dont be discouraged when u loose to an all motor crx that weighs about 125lbs, i barely even consider those cars.

i second that... i say go with the GSR swap... it is enough to get you thrown in jail on the streets... and i take most of the cars on the road... and that was stock... now i have some other stuff on it but i have yet to run it...

you got no idea what your talking about...my cars been broken 3 times in 6 months...
1. too much boost on stock internals, cracked piston
2. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 3rd(woops) gear shift, bent valves
3. put in friends ecu that advanced timing 8 degrees and didnt know
not one of those is the cars fault, theyre all my stupid mistakes...learn from them, dont do it again and move on.
my full interior with a/c, power steering, heavy ass civic will walk right by both of their all motor HATCHES like theyre not moving. not trying to sound cocky but its true and i need to defend my car since theyre dissin on it saying it breaks every other day.
when i had a little over 3 grand into my car i ran a 12.78@112mph
(turbo kit, bonestock B16 except pistons, and a clutch)
all motor sucks ass unless u dump the motor and 3grand into it and throw it into a gutted hatch....a coupe/sedan aint gonna do it
all u need is:
1. turbo kit...2000
2. clutch...300
3. forged pistons...400
4. rods if u got the money but no necessary unless u go over like 12-13psi
with just that yoll be damn close to 12's
just my .02

you forgot to add, radiator leak, starter ground prob, plus ur car spits out mad black smoke, not as much as patricks though. and im sure chad can throw in a few other probs he had to fix.
ill be the 1st to admit after glen built my car there was nothing but problems, now i rebuilt it, 3500 on the motor now, and not 1 problem.
well my battery died, but thats not really motor related.

with the parts i listed he would ROMP a ls turbo.
a 2.3 liter crvtec would run 12's, prob 11's ALL MOTOR.
even a 2.0 crvtec built right would run 12's
and it would be so so nice to run with some turbo cars. especially 12 sec ones.
