Default alright im getting pissed help me out fellas

1991 honda civic the stock radiator cracked and thermostat went bad. I put a 91 integra radiator in it got it all back together but now its getting to much pressure in the system, so i pulled the thermostat hoping that would let it flow better and just run cooler. Well it still is just boiling the coolant out. water pump is fine, head gasket was replaced not to long ago. the only thing i can really think of is:

a: my fan is not kicking on all the time but it does kick on

b: the stock civic upper and lower rad hoses are smaller diameter than the integra ones and causing pressure to back up not being able to flow right.

what do you think it could be? im out of ideas.

Did you bleed the rad when you put the new one in?

Change all the hoses, not just the rad hoses.
It's cheap, stuff is like $1/foot at the store.

Get good, proper coolant. Try the Honda stuff.
Royal Purple makes a coolant solution that's supposed to help.
New (Honda) thermostat, new rad cap.
Make sure the overflow line isn't clogged and isn't too full or too empty.

And make sure your fans come on and you get adequet airflow.
My CRX is prone to overheating as well. Did most of that and it's held good for a while now.

1. Put the thermostat back in.
2. Run the heater to get the air out of the heater core.
3. Use Honda coolant.
4. Get a coolant funnel, it will help to "burp" the air out of the system. Amazon.com: Lisle 24610 Spill-Free Funnel: Automotive
