Default 94 LS runs rich, throwing code 14 IACV?

It is one thing after another with this thing. I just got the steering fixed now time to tackle this issue. It is a 94 Integra LS obd1. It is stock minus cold air intake and exhaust. The computer has never been touched. It is running pretty rich. The only code it throws is 14 which im pretty sure is IACV. Also yesterday it started acting up when revving it. It would hit 3800-4k ish rpms and just die and rev back similar to launch control type sound. I checked the codes while driving, sitting and without the engine running and that is the only code it is throwing. I did not think the IACV would cause this type of issue but I could and usually am wrong. Any ideas, Thanks in advance!

My guess is your iacv/evap/iat plugs were crossed at one point.
Your intake air temperature should be red/green wires running to it....
Your iacv should be yellow/black and black/blue (if i remember correctly).

Your IAT sensor maybe damaged from crossing the plugs etc...

would that cause it to run like it is. Ive went through the entire fuel system, and have changed timing again and again and its still cutting out out anywhere from 3500-4k, it just falls on its face. That makes me believe it may be the vehicle speed sensor. Would the IACV cause it to run as rich as it is?

IACV would not cause the car to run rich.
IACV could cause the car to cut out.

Resolve all codes, check your wiring & IAT sensor.

Checked the wires and they were actually pulled out of the IACV plug, I fixed the plug, pt it back in and everything is good other than still running a little rich. It no longer cuts out. The only thing I can think of that would cause it to run rich is the fuel pressure regulator. When I pull the vacuum line off I notice no difference in it whatsoever. Thats just a hunch though. The only way to tell would be a pressure gauge or air fuel meter correct
