i dont have another car right now, but can i connect the same color battery jumper cable to the engine mount bolt and then to the starter?
would that work for jumping the starter?

jumping the starter means taking a wire from the positive on your batt, to the small wire on the starter, with the key on the ON position, to see if the car starts, or even turns over..
