Default What Shot of Nitrous on a stock 92 LS engine?????????

Ok, I finished my LS swap into my 89 si CRX about 3 weeks ago. And put a 55 shot of nitrous on it (ZEX KIT) Now my question is, what would be the most I could run on it safely with out tearing it up. The engine has just over 70,000 miles on it (92' B18A). Can I run the 65 or 75 shot? Or would I have to upgrade my fuel system? Any help would be appreciated!

Start with your fuel...........
Then move to the ignition.
After that its up to you.

I also replaced the plugs with bosch platinum +4's for the shorter ground electrodes, for faster heat dissipation so I don't get that glow plug effect to avoid detonation and retarded the timing like 2 degrees.
