well, my hatchback has taken its first breaths with its new engine. runs pretty well and vtec does engage however i'm getting a check engine light...plus i shot a few flames as my best friend was driving right behind me.

is shooting the occasional flame normal for a bone stock b16a3 with a test pipe and n1?

overall the car runs rough at first...and then settles down when it gets warm and runs really well.

seems to be running smoother now that i ran the car around for 10 minutes or so.

del sol seats...

 

here's what i've done..and still need to do.

its just a b16a3...civic si transmission...test pipe, apexi n1, vx cluster, del sol seats, neuspeed springs, koni yellow's.

i have rear discs...just need to install them...and i need to buy a passenger side mirror...

oh, and i have an aem air intake that should be here early this week...so the ractive air intake can be thrown away...

 

pull the code and letus know what it is it should not be flammin
