This tool is what you need..goes in the hex on the pulley.

This is the impact I use for when a crank pulley bolt or axle wants to be a pain. Iv never had a bolt or nut put up a fight for more than 5 seconds and I use it at half power.

Iv got 3 1/2 impacts including the ir like you posted and Iv had issues before. Its mainly with cars that have never been apart.
If you get the big impact (1") be careful it can and will snap crank pulley bolts as well as snap off the end of an axle if you use it at full power. Shops that do semi repair usually have them. I used to do semi repair and that is when I got mine.

That IR gun is the sweetest impact ive ever used..itll snap a wheel stud in 3 sec or less though....soooo much toque

If you don't find a solution.......

I have never broken the bolt or had one not come loose.....different type wrench.......If you drive it over I can loosen it for you, then re-torque
so you can remove it at home. I'm in S. Tampa.

I have done several at a person's house when their car was un-driveable. Let me know. -Bob
