You can boost a b20 up to around 300whp safely tuned on gasoline. Yes the sleeves are weaker then those found in other smaller bore B series. But i've seen some make decent power. As far as spraying it it should be fine with supporting mods and TUNED by a reputable guy.

The B20's Low Compression Is The Reason It Can Hold Up However I Wouldnt Reccomend U Revving The Hell Outta The Motor Because Then You Will Run Into Problems With These Weak Sleeves But Otherwise I Dnt See A Problem With A Wet 100 Shot
B20's are fine under boost...your b20vtec should have made more power than 300whp at 10.5lbs...what size turbo are you running?
Nitrous still needs to be actually tuned not just by jets but by computer too. I'd recommend turbo over nitrous though.
