I wrapped up my heads with 2layers of the wrap and I am so happy to say I can feel the differnce when I open the hood after a long drive..I even have a lot left I may wrap 2 tubes together then wrap the bottom of the header to protect the heat from the oil pan for longer engine life..so wrap does work well.

I bought the header wrap on ebay 150'it came with 10 metal ties I use on my header..the other wrap from waalmart I bought in the A.c section near garden part..like where the foam seal is for windows and screens..I will get a picture when home..but I'm happy and I know when I fill the ac system it will payoff more so..

then the exhuast i started the car let it run for couple mins to burn off the shit it smokes for a while then goes away..but even after i turn off the key i can touch the exhuast wrap and it will be"warm" so im happy it works
