NSX calipers on DA Integra

Default NSX calipers on DA Integra

ok in the april issue of honda tuning they had a 94 Del sol with 99 NSX oem calipers on it. i was wondering if it could be done to my 90 DA Integra and if so what would it take to do this?????? cuz im cheap and dont have money for a big brake upgrade lol

nsx calipers and all the misc. shit to make it work wont be that cheap either. just get some brembo blanks with really good pads (ebc..etc) some braided lines, clean fluids and good tires...how much power are you making that you need a big brake kit?

My friend put nsx brakes on his Crx you can use legend brakes too I believe they are almost the same minus the nsx logo on the caliper I forget the name but there's a company that sells the caliper brackets and rotors so you can use the nsx stuff

i have accord calipers on my eg. theres a little biger then da,eg,si ect. check it aout bro. cheap to.

fourth gen Prelude VTEC uses 11.1" size rotors w/ bigger calipers.1995 Legend LS-C (coupe)-front calipers dual pistons and are similar to the nsx except vents that the nsx has. NSX is too expensive, Legend calipers may need custom brackets to fit?


96-04 RL calipers are 4 piston calipers, consider same pattern rotors or you are going to need custom work.
Also bigger calipers means no donut spare tires. You may need some crazy offset to make it fit.

A show car gets points for a custom brake swap, otherwise.....

Upgrading to a better pad material will get quicker stops.
Upgrading to wider tires will get quicker stops.

Both will cost less than the NSX calipers.

Yako is right....bigger dia. rotors mean no going to smaller rims

just changing the calipers and pads wont make a huge diff it is mainly in the balancing, and bore sizing in master cly

the race car i work on (scca club racer) lotus Super 7 uses 1 piston calipers,& 9" rotors but the setup will out brake 99% of any thing on the track

it has alot of time and setup in the valving for master cly bore
