b17a1 torque specs

I'm looking for the torque specs for the cam caps for b17a1 engine. Cannot find anywhere and for some reason honda/acura dealer don't have it on record. Also the rod bolt specs are 30ftlbs right?

OIL SPRAY BAR/CAM JOURNALS

-8 MM Bolts (20 lbf-ft)

-6 MM Bolts (7.2 lbf-ft)

B-Series is all the same

Ok what should I torque the stock rod bolts at? Is there a website or something I have been looking for a while. Thanks

Connecting Rod Bolts

Tighten connecting rod nuts in 2 stages. First tighten nuts to (15 ft. lbs.) (20 N.m), then to (32 ft. lbs.) (44 N.m).
