h22 head

Default h22 head

hey everyone newbie here to the forum have a question if anyone can answer,.....I have a 97 cd6 and i am undecided doing a motor swap conversion to h22 or from what i have been hearing around is that i can take and use my f22 block and throw a h22 head on their is this possible and wise or should i go ahead and do the motor swap,...trying to save some money,.. will the head alone make a difference using the stock block and just upgrade the guts
