I have been buying parts to build up my lsvtec and I have been asking around on how much will it cost me to have the motor built at a shop. But they say they cant give me a price over the phone. So I'm asking what is the average price on a lsvtec at a shop. I haven't bought the rod and pistons yet but I have buddy club valves,retainers,springs,cams,cam gears. What else do I need to complete my build and how much will a shop on the average charge me to build up.

 

If you have the skill to remove the engine and bring to a shop to be done that would save you few bucks.

 

What kind of pistons and rods do you want? I know as of right now I can get a set of Cp pistons and eagle rods for 775 out the door. I just made my first order and Im waiting on the shipment to come in now. Send me a message with bore and cr you want.
