i tucked my light wiring last weekend. now i am thinking about tucking my engine harness. my question is where is everyone tucking the wires at when they ARE keeping a/c and heat. all the tucks i look at to try to use as reference go threw the heater tube opening on the firewall. thanks in advance

 

Give me another week and I'll show you where mine is going. I did some thinking and below the heater core lines and what not there is a somewhat flat surface that inside the car would be below the heater and above the SRS airbag shit. Thats where I am going to try and put mine. With that location the wires will run over to keep the ECU in the factory location and the fuse box can go below the AC/Heat duct in the center for easy access if you need to check something out. Kinda going with looks and function. I'll be sure to post up in my build thread.

 

okay, im doing this to my daily so i have to have it all planned out before i give it a shot. i assume you will be cutting/ drilling holes to run the harness in?

 

yeap, I'll be sure to take pictures. The cut wont be that big. I would have loved to get a real nice professional tuck going on but after pricing out everything I needed to get my car back together I just couldnt come up with the cash so I decided to do it on my own. Sure to the people really into detail they will discover my flaws but to the average passer by at shows I dont think they will spot them.
