Default Refreshing old motor questions

I have a stock 94 Acura Integra LS. It has roughly 175000 miles and runs very good. But I know the mileage has put some wear and tear on the motor. If I wanted to "Refresh" the motor, what are my options? Im not looking to modify this particular motor, just keep it alive. It has been through the basic tune-ups(oil, plugs, wires, distrib, rotor, air filter). Should I give it a 3 or 5(?) angle valve job? Port and polish? New valves, seals and retainers? Also, if I swap/replace the clutch, should I resurface/replace the flywheel? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

i'd saw get new bearings rod, main thurst, call 1-800-79 acura they are 150 for all the bearings, and new rings are 110. then get new plugs $6, $40 wires, and under $10 cap and under $10 rotor that's, then a new head gasket and timing belt about 40 each. that's about 400 and your car will run for a long time with that. and if you have the little extra get a new oil pump about 100 and water pump about 40. that still only 500 and your engine will be new. also talk to clearwater cylinder heads they took 20 thousands off my freinds head and installed his skunk2 ti reatainers and springs with you don't need and hot taked it for 60 bucks.
