What do you mean by change? Change like switched out with the same bar type like 2.5 and switched with another 2.5 or do you mean like going from a 2.5 to a 3bar? If you went 2.5 to a 3 bar the car isnt going to start. The map sensor is one of the most important sensors especially when your car is tuned for 2.5 or whatever it may be and you switch it up. It will throw everything off. Call me

 

Then if the map sensor was "replaced" with the same kind/type that was on the car when it ran well, and the same fuel setup is on the car when it ran well, the car should still run well....or were there other changes that
are still unknown to us?

Then different kind/type sensor or a bad sensor looks like the variable here.

Have you had the check engine light checked for free at the a-parts store? What did they say?-Bob

yea i have a return line and seems to be doing its job
at first the fuel pump had a problem turning on but that was because the wiring but we fixed that issue by replacing the entire on under dash harness and the engine harness

 

found the problem the tune got corrupted and was causing the excessive fuel dumping we put another base map on and its driving fine and doesn't have the same issue
