Checking CEL.....
You need to start by pulling the code. Go to phearable.net and he has all the pin outs so you can find the one for the check engine light. It is foolish to start replacing parts when you haven't pulled the code. Since the car clears the code when you shut it off then don't turn it off.
A13: Malfunction Indicator
D4: Service Check Signal (placing my bet on this one)
Do I just ground this wire to get the code to flash?
