well il be boring out my motor soon so i need 82mm pistons if anyone knows anyone that has some.. i got cash

Did you use a feeler gauge to check the piston rings prior to installing them on the pistons? If not, chances are your hone is too large for 81mm pistons and rings and should be bored out.

If the rings stick in the pistons its not the hone....It because you did not correctly check the ringland gap of the piston rings or you did not clean the pistons good enough and something is makeing them stick.

apprecite the help guyz. i got the block just about stripped and will be taking it to my machinist and he going to measure it all for me and tell me which piston will be best.

Did you drop oil in the cylinder? Are you SURE its in the block? Your valve clearences will change compression and if you keep taking your cams and everything out it might have screwed them up.
