Starting Problem with Fuel pump/Main Relay

Exclamation Starting Problem with Fuel pump/Main Relay

I have a 93 Honda Civic EX and i was having starting problems because of the Fuel Pump Relay/ Main Relay (Fuel pump not primeing), So i bought a used one and it was working fine up untill yesterday and now it does it every single time i try to turn on the car (fuel pump not primeing) so i called my mechanic and he told me to buy a new fuel pump and relay so i did and i installed it myself. Now i have a new problem. The new fuel pump didnt work either (wouldnt prime) so i took it out and put my old one back in. and now my car wont start after putting everything back together.... so if something can throw any recommendations to me please feel free.... I really need help, need my car to work so i can make it to work.... PLEASE HELP!

Whne you turn your ignition to "on" does the main relay click and CEL turns off?

No the Relay doesnt click. Idk why because i bought it brand new from honda for 80 bucks and no the check engine light does not go away

The only way i can get the fuel pump to prime is by putting a constant 12v from the battery and put it on the Yellow/Green from the fuel pump and it primes problem is it wont start.

Does it at least turn over?

if you mean it wants to turn but doesnt and it keep whining then yes the crankshaft turns but the car will not start up

if you've straight wired the pump and it's still not working then the pump is bad.

Well I put a new fuel pump yesterday and tired straight wiring the new one and it wouldn't prime, so wat I did was put the old back in and straight wired that one and it primed but didn't start.

Any spots in specfic? Or wires? I have a test light that you plug in into the a/c adapter and it tests you wats positive or wats negative. The yellow/green wire coming outta the fuel pump is grounded and the same wire entering the Main relay is'nt reading at all....
