Default a/c on, car bogs... weird!

So had to use the a/c last couple days. first time i used it since i did the lsv conversion.
it 1st happened when i was low on gas. Start the car after driving it no problem for 30mn a/c on. And as soon as i start it, i notice it's "boggin" down. I look that idle needle and it drops alternatively... I stop the a/c, idles remains steady. start driving the car, a/c on, no bogging...

2nd time i noticed was yesterday. full tank this time, went to get drink at 7-11 with Mike. I start the car, start the a/c, drive 10mn to the 7-11 with a/c, no problem. then as we are about to leave, the car is in an incline, tilted forward, the a/c on, car idle is "bogging"again! I'm like WTF!

As soon as car is not idling (ie, throught gears or cruising), a/c being on, no problem in the rpms' etc...

WEIRD!

So basically it is doing this on and off when the a/c is on. I have not isolated what are the exact conditions that make the a/c tamper with the idle in such way. And I have no clue why the a/c would be affecting the engine idle like that.
Its as if the car wants to stall but it does not.

any thought, similar experiences?
(Car is 92 obd1, lsv, eg hatch)

thanks. I can live with this, but I have never experiences this "issue" and would really like to "fix" it if possible.

exactly, it's weight and added rotational mass! besides that's why they make windows that roll down...

^And the ladies dont want to go home with you in your 100 degree honda. Julian, I have the same problem. My car ran great for a long time, either with the AC on or off, now with it on, the car wants to bog a little. I think its my IACV but I dont know. I need to get my car at least driveable by saturday.

^ this is true sometimes, luckily most of my females friends love (and race) cars as well, so they understand why a vehicle doesn't have a/c.

but to get back on topic yes, iacv could cause this, you could also try turning up the idle speed.

Seems like turning up my idle speed would definately fix it, but then when my ACs not on, ill have a high idle. It use to just sit perfect at 800-900 rshared_pm.
