The only way to know for sure is to tap into the crankcase at one of the fittings and put a boost/vacuum gauge or map sensor on it and log pressure. If the pressure stays neutral then you have a decent crankcase venting system. If you build a pound or two of positive pressure then you need to upgade. That is not really the most practical unless you have some type of good standalone so it is just easier to overdo the breather system from the start IMO.

My little rule of thumb as far as breather setups go:

200 or less you are fine with stock pcv system.
200-350whp run a single can off the back of block (Endyn style)
350-500 run a singe can off the valve cover and tie into back of block for drain back
500+ large volume can off valve cover like X and Flaco's setup.

Yes I can weld aluminum and own a tig welder.

BTW X the setup looks good. You really cleaned up that engine bay compared to last time, lol.

He's finishing his new fuel system. I'm leaving for Texas the 18th and I will be back the 22nd. So if he finishes his new fuel system and we dyno or track it before than I will give you a call. Need to get you back out with that EVO

If I remember correctly, X was making 500+whp with a sigle moroso can to the back of the block setup for a drainback and never had issue... Im sure X and alpha can throw in more details on that....
No, I have a baffled custom 2 quart can and im not running alot of boost...Iv just read that its common to push alot of oil out of the gallies under high boost going down the track..Not necessarily on the dyno will it do it.

Nope, just that the 96+ ls blocks and all crv blocks do not have the provisions on the back of the block for the oem breather/pcv system. They just ran a pcv valve on the valve cover but once you threw a vtec head on it it had no pcv system and you had to install a breather like the Endyn setup.

Those clamps X has on the valve cover are pretty common... I actually have them in the exact location on my car... Just go to your closest Home Depot or Lowes down the aisle where they have wiring, connectors, conduit etc. They are just called cushion clamps... Come in tons of sizes too... I have a shit ton of them layin around in different sizes... If you just need a couple I will give them to you...

Yea I need them but it's cheaper for me to grab them from homedepot as I live over a hour north of tampa.
