Because you tried to start it even though the timing belt wasn't on correctly.

Don't just spin it...make 16 revolutions with the crank. This will make the motor go through 4 full cycles. If everything is good then you can start it and let it idle.

heads rebuilt and no it wont start i think it might be the plugs idk its late and im done for now lol thanks alot for every ones help and input
