Im gonna get a new belt tomorrow... But any other suggestions?

none that i can think of man. battery light simply means the battery isn't receiving a charge from the alternator.

I don't know how they would have set battery light for that...never seen that option on any e-management I have used.

^ He won't need to do that because the battery light acts like a voltage gauge. When it doesn't see the full voltage it is supposed to see it will turn on.

Try swapping in a known good engine compartment fuse box. I've had similar issues before and they were fixed by swapping a fuse box.

^^ But it shouldn't flicker, good voltage- light off / voltage under threshold- light on..
