Default what head stud kit???? help plz

hey tr if im putting a gsr head on a ls block i should order the arp head studs for a gsr correct?


i just got them in and 5 are to long??? am i crazy??

can xsome one please throw in there two cents.............

you can use either b16 or gsr..if 5 are long then you need to have your threads check on that block cause something is not letting them go down maybe they are stripped

I thought b16 wouldn't work for lsvtec's

yeah they work they are about 2mm shorter but will work if ya got them other wise you can just buy the gsr

ok i got the gsr's to work perfectly!

and no b16 studs wount work with a gsr head n vice versa

hope my mistake helps someone in the futrue

^thats odd i have a gsr block with a b16 head sitting right next to me with b16 studs fully assembled

He has a b18b1 bottom end (or a1 doesn't matter)...not a gsr bottom end.

and im using a gsr head (thats why im using gsr studs) if i had a 16 head id be using 16 studs

No you'd still be using gsr studs because they are the correct length for an Lsvtec/crvtec application.

yes and like i said, a b18a block with a gsr head, allowed me to run the arp gsr headstuds, there not a specific ls/vtec or crvtec set
