Default Difficulties Starting My Hatch?

ok, so i bought this ef hatch w/ a dohc swap on it it currently had a rod knock.

so i replaced the block with a d16a8 basically zc also.
everything was cool taking down the swap.
now putting back the swap was the tough part.

now that everything is back in place, im having trouble starting the car.
she cranks up and everything but she's not turning on.

at first i was hearing a tapping noise from under the steering wheel [main relay box] wierd tapping. so i thought that was my issue, cuz before i took my swap down, i never used to hear that tapping.
-replaced the main relay and im having he SAME problem.

any help or suggestions?

i checked to see if i had spark, and i do. so i dunno what else it could be please info and help suggetions will be appreciated, bare w/ me people this is only my second swap. lol

the clicking sounds like a ground issue. check the ground on the thermostat housing.

Check your grounds. ESPECIALLY the thermostat ground.
