i think the Si had bigger brakes and better suspension from every year that honda made them.
so to answer your question no i dont think so. and if they did it would be sort of downgrading if this is the case

the CRX si only had a 9.2 brake however the 4 door civic ex from 90-91 came with a bigger brake setup however you need the hubs from that same car. However the si brakes and std. brakes are the same and can be swapped but there wouldnt be any gain.

Im not looking for gain at first just getting everything together then i will up grade.
