you will need to change the hangers on the muffler and add a small piece of pipe to the front of the muffler and im not 100% sure that the flanges will match up behind the cat if not the flange on front of the pipe can be changed.

 

Between the headder and the cat u might to install more pipe. It might be to short from the civic exhaust.
