B16 lower compression pistons
I THINK HE WAS TALKIN BOUT INTEGRAS FOOL
teg ls rods will hold 300hp
86-89 teg ls will hold 225hp
u dont have either.
but either could be put in ur motor with some work.
but u deff need forged pistons

whats a 1 shot ??? theres alot of b series running 50 shots all day notin happens. (i think poeple that never used nitrous bash it) if you run a 50 shot the right way you could spray all day long and nothing would happen. (right way= ignition fuel reg. run a tad rich)

think about it the more stress you put on your pistons and rods the more power you will make...
oh i see what your sayin. i thought you meant like NOSs cheaty pete system. yes its a 25 shot portable runs on batteries and the bottle is the width of a beer can and length of a 2 liter.

I tottaly think that you are total idiot for running NOS on a 00 EX.
If you want cheap power get Zex. It alot safer then risking blowing yout D16 engine. If you blow your engine on NOS you have anything left for a car. The money you spend getting a new engine you could have spent to do a swap. LS/vtec would be a great choice for your EX. For like 2200 you can get a swap maybe even less then that. But its your choice .
