B16a1 question ?

Hi every one i have a question for which i hope to find a clear answer to. could i drop a B16a1 in a 94 honda civic? what would be needed to do the swap beside getting the hydro/cable clutch convesion kit? i had orderd b16a2 from a guy here in tampa and he got me a b16a1 and i cant return my deposit back if so i will be charged 500$ so i am stuk with the b16a1. please help.

it can be done but it isnt recomended for a number of reasons wiring age mount etc. dont even try to use the cable tranny. Your best bet is to take up the issue from the people you got the motor from if you tried to get a b16a2 and ended up with an b16a1 thats not your fault you shouldnt have any problems getting your money and deposit back.

If you ordered a B16a2 and received a B16a1 i would contact teh better business bureau or call their manager / boss / wahtever or get lawyer and just ask him a couple of questions.
there is a 10 year difference in the age of the motors first off
and you get what you paid for the customer is always right.
if it says b16a2 on the order form then you will settle for no less.

First of all there is a huge price difference between the two motors about a thousand dollars what he did is illegal in the state of florida it is called bait and switch and is covered under the US commerce act get a refund or call an attorney they will handle it for under a bill and it is very easy to litigate oh yeah did I mention it is punishable up to $500000 in fines and 10 years in a Federal prison hell even contact the police and they can get your money back as it is illegal in all fifty states. If he tries to keep ANY of your money he can be sued for damages just present the law to him and he does not agree to resolve the issue pm me and I can refer you to a few local attorneys whom specialize in commerce law......WHO was it by the way spread the word.......

Thank you guys so much for helping me out in this situation i did not know what to do but with all this recomendations i will defenatly go back monday and get my money if not i am going to take legal action. thankx again and i might pm you letsrollagm for advise. preciated alot.
