Boy - oh boy - FYI Leslie - MANY customers that go to different exhaust shops - HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED THEIR MUFFLERS - They have been taking them to the sjops to have them put on - Because - the so-called -PERFORMANCE shops that they purchased them from - dont have any means of putting them on a car - Therefore - they bring them to exhaust shops to have them put on their car - HE DOESNT SELL THOSE PERSONALLY - You shouldnt assume that - Hes looking out for other peoples interest - KT

 

I knew this bullshit was coming.

And again like I said....a reputable shop should be willing to put the time and effort into researching products and when they find out bad things about them or when they install then find out they are crap....they should be willing to advise the customer of what could possibly happen with that application.

If I had a shop Id certainly put the time and effort into things like that because those are the things that keep people coming back.

If your friend or whatever knew that the Ractive muffler was shitty he should have made the second person aware of the previous problems that were encountered.
