a much more common problem is for the bolt to seize into the bushing on the lca, if that happens you may need to buy new bushings.

Blaster near the threads and turning the bolt the right direction always worked for me....-Bob

pb blast is the honda diy guys best friend
Specially if you have an older model 2000 and older
