Pro Coat in Tampa did 2 sets of wheels for my family and they look awesome. Look around here for pictures of phatstang1s Focus. They did the wheels on his car in satin black and they look killer. Not too pricey either.

From somebody who has done both routes for wheels (powder coating and painting) I wouldnt pay the extra money for powdercoating. You can pick up generic spray paint at wal mart for $0.99 and if you prep the surface well enough you shouldnt have any worries of the paint peeling or chipping. Just my opinion. Now that I think about it it also depends on the wheels and their surface area and crevices though. If its a really flat wheel Id paint if plenty of crevices id powdercoat.
