man I wish I could make it out to Tampa, I'd do it for ya.
Doing the timing on an H22 isn't that hard man.
-First start off by removing your #1 spark plug, the one closest to the timing belt.

-Put a wire hanger into the spark plug hole and rotate the crankshaft until the number 1 piston reaches TDC.

-The hardest part is removing the Crankshaft Harmonic Balancer bolt. It takes about 170 foot pounds of torque to break the bolt loose. I ended up ordering this tool to help assist in the process:
Schley 60100A Honda / Acura Harmonic Damper Pulley Holding Tool

After you get that off. Remove the timing belt covers, and the driver side motor mount, this needs to be unhooked from the block because the timing belt goes around it.

-Insert a small P1 screwdriver into the balance shaft access hole on the rear of the block. This blocks the balance shaft from rotating while your removing the belt.

-Then slip off the balance belt, remember what way you took if off if your not going to be replacing it with a new one. It will need to go back on the same way it came off, or it'll break.

-Then remove the balance belt pulley.

-This is where I went a different route when I did my H22 timing belt. I converted my auto tensioner to a manual. But you'll need to loosen up the tensioner.

-If you have a Haynes or Chiltons manual then look up your timing marks and look over the timing marks on your car and make sure everything is in check.

-Then wrap the new timing belt around the gears like so, be extremely careful that your cams done move at all while installing the new timing belt. Here is a diagram to assist you:

-After you've wrapped the timing belt around the appropriate gears and your tensioner is correct. Take a moment to look over your work and make sure everything is in order, then put your balance belt pulley and belt back on.

-Reinstall your timing belt covers

-When you put your Harmonic balancer back on, take a small 2x4 and a rubber mallet and gently tap it evenly so it slides along the crankshaft until it's in place.

-Take your torque wrench and torque the balancer bolt down to 140, then 150, and finally 159 ft. lbs. of torque. I do it in increments to make sure the bolt dosent break because that would be very bad.

-Reinstall your motor mount.

-Vwala, your H22 has a brand new timing belt, and it'll be like new again.

I hope this helps, took me forever to type it up for ya, lol
-Drew

Each time I get another car, the first thing I do is put on a new timing belt. That way I know I'm good for 60,000 miles......since I never know when the last guy had one put on.

If you need help getting the main pulley bolt off, PM me.
I have the setup.-Bob
